When using the Site, you'll be asked to provide information about the cameras you use with the Service. When you configure Frigate to integrate with the Service and upload content to the Site, we will receive and store video and images depending on how you configure the settings. This may include capturing and making available to you portions of the uploaded video and images as a part of a notification or analysis of the content to identify and/or confirm detected objects. We process and store uploaded video and images so that we can provide improved object detection models for use within Frigate. Video and image data received during your use of the Service will be retained unless consent is withdrawn or erasure is requested. During your subscription period, you will be able to access all uploaded video and images.
NOTE: Privacy laws in your state may impose certain obligations on you and your use of security camera or other camera-enabled products. You (not the Company) are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with any applicable laws when you use such camera-enabled products. For example, you may be required to display a notice (even inside your home) that alerts visitors to your home that you are using a security camera or other camera-enabled products that are recording audio and video. Please also consider that recording and sharing of video or images that involves other people may affect their privacy rights.
Your information may be stored in our own servers or in servers owned by third-party cloud storage providers.
Third-party storage providers use of your information is subject to the terms of the agreements between the Company and the third party.

In the event that you request that your information be erased from the Site, the Company intends to delete all information permitted by the terms of the agreements between the Company and the sub-processors.
